  • This corner unit waterfront condo has views of the bay off the private rear covered balcony and views of the Interactive Fountain and Park area off the front entry balcony! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a beachy decor and is centrally located would make the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy all the world class indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, security, boat slips, restaurant and private beaches. Building features covered garage parking, elevator, outdoor shower.

    We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
    Also, We DO NOT Provide Linens and Towels , you need to bring your own or use https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com/ For Service Delivery & Pickup.
    There is a Package Fee of $155 includes the following
    1- 6 passes entry for outside & inside pools , and Gym.
    2- 2 Car parking Stickers ; one inside the Garage and one in the Clam Shell.
