Sunset Island 4B is a bayside condominium located in a gated community. This three-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the stunning Assawoman Bay. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 4B is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, a chair and a flat screen television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the pristine, fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, a private bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Great Property

Stunning views of the bay. Great pools and environment for a family to relax and enjoy the sights of OC. Close to beach and restaurants.

Good but a problem issue.

Very nice layout of the condo and a good location. There was not enough information about the building location when checking in late at night, a map would be helpful. We had a cleanliness issue in the master shower when we checked in, we called the next day and the owner sent someone right over, we returned after being away all day and the disgusting hair that we had complained about was still there! We couldn't call again because it was after 5pm on a Friday. That was disappointing- I had to clean it myself. Other than that the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but the rest of the place was great. Perfect balcony and view.

Great community/condo lacking

Loved staying at Sunset Beach. It is a great community with lots of amenities. Great family feel. Easy walk to the ocean. The condo has a beautiful view and is a comfortable size. However, furnishings had a budget/thrift store feel. The kitchen was understocked. Not even a can opener or cookie sheet! Beds are super low to the ground and hard mattresses. MBR had no drawer space, but did have a nice bathroom and walk-in closet. Saw a beautiful unit a couple of doors down...will probably stay at Sunset Beach again but probably opt for a nicer property.
