  • Sunrise Sea 304 is a condo that is located close to the ocean, shops, dining and water activities on 63rd street. Ocean and Bay views from balcony. Unit can occupy 6, bed sizes include a queen, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
    Building has an elevator and outdoor pool. Two parking spaces. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
    Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25
