Cozy, clean and affordable

Our overall stay was great. Unit was very clean and nice being right on the canal. Units are very narrow in width so seemed a little crowded when we were all on the main living level. But all in all plenty of room for all of us to sleep. For a nice affordable week at the beach this is the place to stay.

Perfect Condo Perfect location

The condo is large with enough room. Nice clean kitchen. Several balconies and the one on the main floor is over the bay with a large seating area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool is clean and in a nice fenced in area. Price was very reasonable.

family annual get away

the view was amazing from the 3 decks. close to everything. the parking situation was bad on the holiday, but got better after the weekend. The neighbors that I met were nice but some people complained about my family's use of the pool and parking. First time in 6 yrs booking a complex will go back to priviate houses.

Harbor Bay Stay

We had a really nice week at this condo. Nice views out the window, 3 floors, patios on each floor, carport and a 2nd space. A door (instead of a curtain) on the master bathroom would be nice, but otherwise, we would recommend this condo. Very nice.

The unit was nice but because the air conditioners were wall units they were very noisy making it hard to hear when watching TV or carrying on a conversation and the downstairs one was located in the living room and the backside of the unit was on the deck so you couldn't sit outside and talk their either. Otherwise everything was nice.

Everything we had hoped for!

We were so pleased with our condo - it really exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious and everything was in great condition. It was so nice to be overlooking the water. A note: it is .7 mile to the beach, so definitely walkable but a decent walk. One day we drove and parked a block or so from the beach - didn’t have any trouble finding parking.

All in all not bad but could use some updating... new rugs through out ...door on master bathroom, new chairs for table
