The community features excellent amenities, including a sundeck, boat docks, and an outdoor pool, making it ideal for relaxing or enjoying waterfront activities. Each unit is fully equipped for your comfort, with central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a complete kitchen. Carport parking is available for one vehicle (please note height restrictions). This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside, on the back deck, or along the boardwalk.
