    Settle into a homey townhouse just a few blocks from the beach. This home is perfect for families looking to get away - there's a shared pool (available seasonally) just out the back door. The open kitchen features an eat-in area for meals both quick and extended. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable, naturally. Nap times are even more comfortable thanks to a ceiling fan in each bedroom. After a long day at the beach, settle in and enjoy a Blu-Ray on the flatscreen TV. This is the place to unwind - come settle in! Things to Know Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen (without a dishwasher) The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
