Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful bayside condo!

We were pleasantly surprised by how large and clean this condo was! We were in town for Oceans Calling and our housing for the weekend changed last minute. Booking just one week from the event, this place was a great price and great location. Less than 2 miles from where we needed to be, near awesome restaurant and cafes. Comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms. Huge laundry room. And for the most part, Vacasa was prompt with responses when we had questions. One problem, we never received our parking passes and asked several times. But fortunately, it did not cause an issue. Will keep it in mind for the future!

Spacious condo in a great location

We had a great time in this condo. It was spacious and clean! It has a beautiful view of the bay off the balcony and is a great location to walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, mini golf, and more! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space! The condo had everything we needed including some sand toys/beach items that we could use! We would highly recommend this location to others that want to enjoy Ocean City!

Great location and beautiful and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was in a perfect location close to mini golf, the boardwalk, the beach, and more within walking distance. The condo was spacious and clean! The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. It has a beautiful view of the bay off the balcony. There was an easy check in and check out process and we had no issues with parking at the condo. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Ocean City!

Awesome Condo!!

Great Vacation. First time staying at this Condo. Condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It had a lot of amenities in the kitchen as well as a blow dryer in the bathroom. Some Beach supplies as well. Great Location. Close to the Beach and Boardwalk. Restaurants in walking distance. Great Weather and Fantastic Vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Beautiful Bay View

We loved our stay at Mariners Watch. The view of the bay was beautiful. A two block walk to the beach and the whole family loved the place. It got us all just right. We will be looking into future stays there.
