Cozy 2nd floor unit with spectacular Bay views. Sit on the deck & enjoy the peace and tranquility, or spend the day on the beach, shopping, miniature golfing, etc. within walking distance. Great location only 1 block to the beach, access to OC bus transportation. Short walk to Seacrets, Mackey's, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Johnny's Pizza, Dumser's, and Nicks Mini Golf. Unit is equipped with washer & dryer, Dish TV, Queen size bed, pull out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped plus coffee pot & microwave. Come enjoy and relax!

Fantastic Stay!

The property was clean and accurately listed. The location was great too - near many restaurants and activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. The check-in process was easy, and the location was also easy to find.

Perfect beach vacation

Owner was super nice and communicative. Property was super clean and convenient to the beach. My son and I do a boys trip once a year and will definitely try and come back to this exact property next year.

Home away from home!

The place was perfect! Great location with easy access to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants within walking distance! The place has everything you need and more, the porch is great to sit out on and enjoy the sunrise or sunset! We will definitely be back!

Sunset 'Bluegrass' style

Arrived, all great, well appointed, fully ready and beautiful view. The fact that we went to the 'Brewgrass' festival as well, over that weekend and was within walking distance, was fantastic!! Will return!! Our host was very accommodating!

Very homey, great location

Home was very comfortable, homey and clean. Kitchen was very well appointed. View was amazing. Location is perfect. AC just a little noisy when it goes on but then like white noise. Great host! Highly recommend.

Great Get Away

My husband and I came down to Ocean City for the car show and to spend time together. We had a great time and the condo was perfect. It was located in a convenient area, the sunsets from the back porch were spectacular, the condo was so clean and inviting and Julia went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and we felt right at home. We will definitely stay again.

A Great 4th of July!

My husband and I enjoyed a great 4th of July here. The space was very comfortable and perfect for just the two of us. We loved watching the sunset on the bay. Our mornings started with donuts from the Fractured Prune which is right next to the apartment. The Beach is a quick 5 minute or less walk across the street. This is a great spot in OC to stay!

Cozy stay

My boyfriend and I stayed in this cozy home for the weekend and let me tell you the pictures don’t do the view justice! It was nice and clean & smelled absolutely amazing when we walked in! The host was extremely welcoming and nice enough to leave some refreshments for us. Best way to access is by phone when we had check in questions. Thanks again for the warm welcome!

18th Wedding Anniversary get away

Ms. Julie, is the sweetest host we have ever had. Her condo is cozy comfy and has all the amenities you will need. We didn't get to enjoy the sunsets from the balcony due to spending so much time at the beach. The mornings on the balcony however, were quite peaceful and serene. Her condo is at a prime location to the beach, many restaurants, bowling alley, coffee shops, & gas stations. We will most definitely stay at her place again.

Excellent Bayside Property

My spouse and I stayed at this property for a long weekend to see a music festival. The condo is lovely and well located in OC. The unit is very clean and extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is especially well stocked with cook wear and useful items. The property is very well lit at night and in a very quiet. The beach is a short walk away, and the 56th street access leads to a very wide section of beach. A shout out to the owner of the unit is extremely easy to work with and responsive. It helped make for a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. No hesitation I would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with all you would need. The balcony is very cozy with a tall table and chairs to enjoy a spectacular sunset with greenery and peaceful surroundings. Walking distance to very nice restaurants. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.
