The smell in the 1st room given was terrible the manager didn't wanted to get in as it was awful. The area for breakfast too dirty flies all over the food. It was bad....

The property was really clean and spacious. The manager name Eric gave an awesome hospitality, really care about his guests and helpful, made our stay better. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in there.

Overall, for the money it was nice. There were some minor issues with trash cleanup and some areas that could use some touchup paint and or repair... These did not hamper our stay, which we did enjoy.... We would book stay if the opportunity comes up.

So we stayed at this hotel for the convenience to the beach and the oceanfront balcony. The front desk staff is ghetto the housekeepers are nice and helpful. They say you can smoke by the parking lot while people walk past to get to the entrance but not on your PRIVATE balcony, kinda weird and an inconvenience. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that main factor.
