The Space:
Come relax and make memories in a beautiful oceanfront condo with breathtaking views. The balcony has unobstructed east, north, and south coastal views. The large windows in the primary bedroom are great for sunrises. Spend blissful days by the pool or walk to the beach for days of fun on the shore. Visit the boardwalk for fun and amusements. With a convenient mid-town location, find all the Ocean City favorites within walking distance: Seacrets, Fager's Island, Dumser's, Nick's Mini Golf, and Alley Oops, right across the street, along with the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and outlet shopping just a few minutes away. There is also a grocery outlet nearby, perfect for grabbing ingredients to prepare in the full kitchen during your stay, and delicious restaurants when you feel like dining out. When amazing days are through, settle in front of one of the smart TVs and unwind. The welcoming living room sets the scenes for movie nights. Added perks include complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, two parking spaces, luggage carts and helpful kitchen appliances including a Keurig coffee machine and an ice maker. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Nice view nice area.
Plenty of places to eat and enjoy your day. The only problem I had was with walking to the beach, but that isn’t the owners problem it’s mine. Otherwise it was an awesome trip. Vacasa was very helpful with all of the planning of the trip.

BREATHTAKING VIEW EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE MATTRESS, AND COUCH!!!
The ocean view was amazing!!! We slept like babies on the best mattress. The living room was really comfortable!
The only itsy bitsy negative would be the little freestanding car in the kitchen. It was a little bit difficult to get out the utensils.

Sandy Dunes Getaway
Sandy Dunes was such a beautiful condo. The weather did not support our plans with wanting to be outside the entire weekend but the condo supported a relaxing and quiet weekend. Would for sure stay here again.
