The ocean view balcony can be accessed from the Living Room and Master Bedroom where you will enjoy listening to the ocean waves lull you into vacation relaxation! There are ceiling fans in all rooms, including the living room, so you can turn off the AC and open the windows for that incredible ocean sound. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for watching your favorite movies on the huge TV. Planning a family dinner? The large dining table easily seats six with more chairs at the counter. The condo includes central air, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TV's, 1 DVD player and 1 VCR. Stack Washer and Dryer in unit. Maximum occupancy: 8. Can do mini-weeks in the fall - call rental agent!
