The ocean front balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors. Tile floors adorn the den, kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway with soft carpet in both bedrooms. This condo boasts a gorgeous, white fully equipped kitchen with island and brand new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated. The master bath has a shower only (handicap access with two safety bars), while the hall bathroom has new tile and sink top. This lovely condo has central air conditioning, 3 new flat screen TVs - 60" Flat Screen & Blu-Ray Player in Living Room, 1 VCR/DVD player combo.
