  • Welcome to Golden Sands 314, a beautiful beachfront studio condo offering everything you need for the perfect Ocean City getaway — all within one resort-style complex!

    Enjoy direct beach access along with incredible on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, oceanfront volleyball, game and fitness rooms, and even a kiddie pool for the little ones. During the summer season, enjoy the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops — all right in the building.

    Ideally located, this condo is within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. For easy transportation, hop on the Ocean City bus and explore everything from the historic Boardwalk (just five miles south) to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles away.

    Inside, you’ll enjoy floor-to-ceiling ocean views from the living room and beautiful bay views from the front door balcony — watch the sunrise over the water and the sunset over the bay without leaving your condo. Situated on the third floor and centrally located in the complex, Golden Sands 314 gives you the best of both worlds — convenient access and incredible views.

    The living room features a comfortable Ashely queen size murphy bed and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, toaster oven , microwave , oven with four-burner cooktop, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. Additional touches include newly renovated bathroom , a washer/dryer .

Host was fantastic, responsive & eager to help. The view is incredible. I felt like I could touch the ocean. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is convenient & accessible to restaurants and the boardwalk. I can imagine the pools in the summer are lovely.
