The wood-paneled living room is furnished with three comfortable sofas, a light blue chair and a flat-screen television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. Right off of the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen and a small dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twins as well. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Spacious, ocean view from nice porch, easy access to boardwalk fun
Great ocean view for the price. Also great central location for everything on the boardwalk and more. Very comfortable.

Great location
I rented this from Shoreline Properties for a week with my family. We stayed in unit 7 which was a top floor rental.
Pros: This was a great location. It was only a block from the beach and 1-2 blocks from Starbucks, Malia's, Anthony's, and CVS. The front porch was nice for eating while the back was nice to hang our beach gear. Washer and dryer a huge plus. There is also a place in the back to rinse the sand off. The place was more than enough for a family of 4.
Cons: The lighting in the front living room was poor. If you have a baby or toddler, the front porch does not have a gate so safety is an issue. Plus, it was not possible to strap the booster seat to the long benches in the kitchen. The back bedroom was loud on the weekend nights due to the country club nearby. The owners should at least provide a can opener and pens/paper.
