    The Space:

    Welcome to this completely remodeled (2017) beach condo! You will feel right at home thanks to the inviting living room complete with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV with cable. The living room opens up to a furnished balcony with great views. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and more! Enjoy a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool! The washer/dryer will make sure to help you with your laundry. Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, ice cream and Starbucks! Great view of ocean from nicely furnished balcony. Tastefully decorated and nicely equipped kitchen. Pool was great! Was very clean.

Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Steps from the beach, and only a few minutes walking to many restaurants, shops, and coffee! The place would benefit from a deep clean bc some cobwebs and stained tub walls, and blackout curtains would be nice in the 2 bedrooms on hallway side., but the beds were firm and comfy and condo came well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a starter set for kitchen (dish soap, sponge, paper towel roll, diswashing detergent). Fyi the condo did not have a hair dryer or any handsoap.
