Spectacular Ocean and bay views! All your worries will melt away as you are welcomed by the bright like sunshine colors of the spacious living area. Whether you are kicking back in front of the TV or gathering for a meal every seat has a view! Enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen or grab your favorite beverage and enjoy a relaxing ocean breeze on your private 15th floor balcony. This unit will comfortably accommodate 6. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room indoor pool game room sauna tennis courts and library! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $75 building use fee. The Capri building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 days or less the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in. If your stay is greater than 7 days a $10 fee will be added to your stay for every additional day greater than 7 days. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $50 per week.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
