    This canal-front condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in Ocean City. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony, with a lovely water view. No rush; you’re on vacation. When you start to get hungry, head inside to the well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast prep is a breeze with a full set of appliances and all the necessary gadgets. The beach is minutes away, and shopping, restaurants, and mini-golf are less than a mile away. When you return, toss those beach towels in the washing machine and grab a spot o the sofa to stream your favorite shows. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem - each bedroom features a TV as well. End the day as you began, out on the balcony with your beverage of choice, and toast your good luck at booking the perfect Ocean City getaway. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available through Roku with guest accounts. Elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We needed a pet friendly place in a pinch. This seemed to check all the boxes. It was indeed a pet friendly place. The (pictured) refrigerator had been replaced with one that was rusted on the outside considerably, The floors were very dirty. We had our granddaughter with us. Her legs were immediately black from crawling. Only a broom no dustpan or mops were on the premises. This made it difficult to clean the place ourselves. In every other place we’ve ever stayed for the last 22 years, we’ve always had all those basics provided. The stairs to the place-it was a second floor unit- were in dire need of repair as the top board holding the stairs were cracked. For the most part the neighbors were nice and friendly. I absolutely love the area of this place and would totally rent in the area again. I would not rent this particular place again.
