About this property

Bright Midtown Condo with pool/hot tub restaurants, family spots, and the beach!

  • Updated condo (new floors in 2023) great natural light, outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day - Labor Day) . On-site parking spots with parking passes. All linens and towels provided. High speed WiFi to keep you connected (if you want to be :) and 3 TVs, one with cable one smart TV and one with firestick.

    Walk outside to the balcony and which spans the entire unit and soak in some sun. If you look to the west you get a nice view of the bay. Feel free to have a seat on the high chairs outside and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink.

    Steps from the pool deck for easy access. Take a walk around the back of the building for a beautiful view of the bay or for some crabbing!

    All appliances/dish-ware that you need + cleaning service to keep you safe. Walk to restaurants, including Seacrets, Alley Oops, Johnnys Pizza, Sandy Pony and Bad Monkey as well as the beach! Located right on Coastal Highway, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the sand.
