The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted. The den includes pocket doors for privacy.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Stay

Primary Bedroom Balcony Door Opened Up to a wonderful view of the ocean. Was so relaxing to stay here. Toys for the beach were included, kitchen had all utensils you needed with some basic items like oil. Everything you think you would need to purchase to enjoy your stay, seemed to be already in the unit. The condo complex also had two swimming pools and a toddler pool, they had a playground, volleyball ct. pickle ball, billiards, arcade, mini movie theater that you can request to play movies in. Just seemed like everything you would want to do was already there.

Our favorite at Seawatch!

We have stayed at the Seawatch for several years in different units. This unit was our favorite. They have all the beach necessities, an excellent use of space with the bonus bedroom, and an abundance of extra items. In fact, the kitchen was so stocked, we had a hard time finding spots for our snacks! Everything was clean and worked properly plus great views from the balcony.

Wonderful stay, great location, excellent view, clean and well apportioned apartment.

We spent a week with 4 adults and 2 children in this lovely apartment. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was great. It's right on the beach so coffee every morning with a great view of the ocean was a perfect way to spend the day. We especially liked that we had a dedicated laundry area directly adjacent to the apartment with extra storage and beach gear. The kitchen has just about everything you'd need to prepare a meal. I particularly appreciated that there were plenty of each type of dish so we weren't having to do dishes all day every day. The dishwasher was quiet and all the appliances worked as expected. The check in process was a little bit bumpy because we arrived after the Vacasa office closed but we were able to easily retrieve the envelope with our keys in their kiosk. Read all the e-mails they send you ahead of time folks. There are important details in there that I missed, such as the closing time of the Vacasa office. It wasn't a problem because I was able to quickly look at the messages on my phone and get all the details needed. The elevators are a little cumbersome in this building (slow and sometimes full at peak times) but that's a facility thing and the owners have no control over something like that. The game room was great and we liked that there were movie times posted in case the kids wanted to go watch a movie. The overall building envelope was clean and very well cared for. I do wish that a full list of items in the unit was included on the listing. For instance, we didn't know if linens and towels were provided (they are), what kind of coffee maker they have (Keirig) or if they had beach gear (they do). I called and asked and they were able to provide answers so I could pack appropriately but it would have saved a little bit of time if that info was on the listing. Overall we had a lovely visit here. I'd definitely stay here again in this same unit. We're already planning to come back next season with my other brother and his family. It's the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids.
