Great neighborhood/pet friendly

Owner was very responsive and accomodating. This is a great pet and kid friendly neighborhood just off the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great visit

A week get-away with some friends.

It was a great property that fit our needs perfectly. Although it was a little ways from the beach and towards the northern tip of ocean city, more so than other locations, it was never a far walk, drive, or bus ride from where we needed to go. The apartment may not be as sophisticated as some others, but it had everything that one might need for a great price. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms and living room were very comfortable with everything one could need, and the owner was super helpful. Would definitely recommend for a laid back get-away.

Potential

Overall, this place met our needs. It was spacious enough for our family and provided the accommodation we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The owner was easy to contact and provided clear communication. The wifi was great and each tv had a fire stick. It is clear that the place needs some finishing touches with repairs with drywall and flooring, and we were unable to get the second shower to work. This condo has potential but does need some more work done for a higher rating.
