Furnished with a queen bed, day bed with trundle, and Memory foam mattresses, it comfortably sleeps four. We provide Linen, Towels, coffee, tea, and basic spices. Great Alternative to Hotel Room

Great quaint room that is a less expensive alternative to a hotel. Very clean and steps from the beach. I definitely recommend this property for two adults and a couple of small kids. Quote building with plenty of parking.

Memorial Day Extended Weekend Spot

This spot was perfect for my fiancé and I! We loved being able to see the water and just take a short walk from the beach for lunch / the bathroom etc. It was nice to be walking distance from Lombardi’s and the Acme. Washer / dryer worked well.

Few steps from the beach!

This is our second stay at this place. The walk to the beach is short and the unit is clean and cozy. The day bed and extra bed that could be pulled are both comfortable. Close to great restaurants as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this studio condo. The unit was very clean, cool and just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed the sunset from the deck above and appreciated free parking below (17 steps up to the condo). Beach chairs provided; large umbrella was broken. Manager's communication was very good.

Great unit

The unit was neat and tidy with a suprisingly well stocked spice cabinet. The bed was comfortable and the balcony caught just the right amount of Sunlight throughout the day so it was never too hot. Overall, the unit was a great stay for a long weekend and I would highly regret it.

Perfect location!

This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was comfy, the wifi worked perfectly and we loved sitting out of the deck. The owner was extremely nice, answered back within a few minutes with each question, and was very gracious with our check in and check out. Can’t wait to go back!

Property was neat and clean. Property Management communicated efficiently for my open questions. I requested early check-in, and I was granted with 12 noon check-in time. Condo was very convenient for our Family of 4. Easy and quick access to the beach. Instructions are well communicated to the guest. Full fledge kitchen with Spices, Salt, sugar and utensils. Great weekend getaway!

My wife and I booked this property for 2 nights/ 2 days and it was just what we needed. The room was very clean and for just the 2 of us it was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and everything worked properly. We only used the refrigerator and the microwave but everything else seemed good to go. The sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The small deck was also nice for fresh air. The air conditioner worked great. Parking was a breeze and access to the condo was very simple. The location on 91st street is also extremely convenient, located within walking distance to the beach, bull on the beach restaurant, kirbys bar, the coffee beanery, blue fish sushi restaurant, candy kitchen, and acme grocery story. I would stay here again 100%

You can walk to the water

The property manager was great with sending us direction before our stay. The room size was as expected but worked for a family of four. It came with beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, water stuff) which was a nice bonus. Room was clean and stocked with anything you may need. The deck was nice to sit on but I wouldn’t call it a beach view. You have to stand at the balcony ledge to see the water. Still nice though and a short 1 minute walk to the beach. The only down side I would say was it sits on a busy road that can be rather noisy. Parking was good and easy to access. Entry was also easy and explains well. Overall a nice place to stay!

It worked well for what we needed. The air freshener they had was a little intense for our liking - so be sure to find those auto sprayers and shut them off if you're sensitive to it. If it really effects you this may not be the place for you as it was still in the air through our stay. Trafic is a bit noisy but sound machine we brought blocked it out well and walking to the beach without Crossing traffic is great. Blue Fish restaurant down the street is great if you like sushi! Beach wasn't too busy - but the common custom was for people to set up early - so if you want to be right by the water you have to do the same (starts filling in around 8).

3 Night Getaway

We found the property to be clean and convenient. There was a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider coming back to this property. …However, forcing me to buy renters insurance for the weekend was a little over the top, I think. I could’ve provided my own renters insurance for a fraction of the cost. If you want to go to the beach, don’t count on the chairs and umbrella provided. These are bargain basement items. We would suggest you bring your own beach or chairs and umbrella. These are not complaints. These are opinions. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. What you see in the photos is what you get. Very nice for the price.
