Beautiful oceanfront condominium with three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms located uptown. This condominium is steps away from the beach and offers an indoor pool for additional family fun.
This unit has both a front and back balcony with patio furniture to enjoy views from both sides. A spacious updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances opens up into a cozy living area with amazing views. There is also a dining area for family dinners. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony so you can wake up to amazing beach views every morning as well as a beautiful master bathroom with walk in shower. The unit also has two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.
With lots of space and close proximity to the beach Marigot Beach 401 is the perfect unit for an unforgettable family vacation this summer.

Great week at the beach

Property was excellent. Easy access to the room and beach. Not ass easy to walk to restaurants, but overall, we had a great time.

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful!

Place was just as described. The location was nice and easy access to the beach. The furniture was comfortable and ample. I would rent again.
