Beach Cottage 1Bed/1Bath Fully Renovated on the Boardwalk

  • Beach Cottage, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom Beach Cottage, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
    This cottage is a separate house at the rear of the Beach house. It does not have ocean views from the cottage. The Cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and Ocean Front deck. It has a flatscreen television, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed in the bedroom. There is also a queen blow-up mattress for one person in the living room.
    Kitchen has microwave, stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
    You are steps away from the beach. We have 3 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use to bring down to the beach.
    Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the shared deck in front of the main house. Wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
    This beach cottage is custom decorated with a costal décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
    Your rental stay comes with 1 designated parking space.

    Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Great place to stay in OCMD

The cottage was very comfortable and cozy for the both of us. Very clean and refreshing. The cottage was convenient to the shops on the boardwalk. We were also able to use the chairs on the deck to enjoy the scenery and relax. We would encourage others to stay here to enjoy and relax. A wonderful place.

Nice little place. Would benefit from some room darking shades at night and a few more places to set belongings other than the floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Being on the boardwalk is great and very convenient. Most everything is within walking distance. Having the shared umbrellas and chairs for the beach is great.

Clean and close to the beach

Cottage was exactly as described in the description and photos. You are in the sand 15 seconds after walking out the door. TV is large and high quality. Fast Wi-Fi. New kitchen appliances. All dishes, plates and even Tupperware are provided. Would stay here again! Two minor suggestions: a clothes drying line in shower and foot wash or tub outside the door.

First time in ocean City

This little cottage was perfect for the two of us, great location to everything, and close to the beach, and also liked have access to beach umbrellas. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast and we cooked one dinner in. Air conditioning worked good. Liked having the deck on the boardwalk, we used that in the evening to watch people. The bedroom could use a dresser to put things in, but bed was pretty comfortable. The lights shinned through the blinds it was pretty bright. But would definitely recommend this place, nice having the property manager on site, but we didn't have any problems.

New,modern. Excellent location. Private little”cottage” behind main house. Nice deck in front with chairs to watch the boardwalk activity. Steps to the beach. Bed comfortable. Has a queen size air mattress in closet. Couch was a little too firm, ok to sit on but not sleep. Everything was wonderful! Hope to go back next year. Owners son in charge, very helpful, called me right back. Very accommodating. Walk to restaurants and stores. Private parking space for 1 car. Room on nearby streets with free parking for another vehicle.

Beach Cottage

We enjoyed a delightful visit to Ocean City at the Beach Cottage. It is centrally located right in the middle of the Boardwalk and close to everything happening throughout the town. Lots of dining and shopping easily walkable. And the beach is awesome! The property includes a patio deck which is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The cottage was immaculate! Everything is new, clean and in great working order. The cottage is tastefully decorated, not cluttered like granny's sitting room. The parking lot was right outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining and had plenty of cabinet space for the stuff we brought. We really appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee maker (and filters). Our hosts were wonderful!! They were immediately available any time we had a question or needed help. You really can't go wrong staying at the Beach Cottage and we look forward to our next visit.
