Comfortable and close to the beach

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with the balcony and wonderful view on the park. It is really very close to the beach. Best of all, it had 4 beds that was great for us since we came with two teens.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Raffles. We had one very minor issue with the disposal and it was handled quickly and effectively. Communication is key for us and the property manager was very quick to reply to any questions. The location of this property to the pool and Northside park are unmatched. The property had many perks including lots of supplies that were lovingly left for us as well as a few toys! The owners and visitors of the surrounding areas were very pleasant and noise was never an issue. This location is a prime spot to enjoy the fireworks on Sunday nights. We will absolutely stay here again!

July 4th getaway

Great location. Place was clean and on the first floor. My husband brought his boat and she helped us figure out parking.

Pros:The property is in a great location—right next to the park, which the kids loved, and the Sunday fireworks were an awesome bonus. It’s close to dining and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. The pool was very nice, especially the rocking-style chairs. The laundry machine worked perfectly, and the host provided almost everything we needed. The property manager was very nice, had great communication, and even came over quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out.Cons:There was quite a bit of dog hair clumped up throughout the house. The dishwasher probably needs to be replaced, and overall the place could use a deep clean. The couch pillows had some stains. As a suggestion, it might be nice to add a few indoor games or activities for kids for rainy days (though of course the weather can’t be controlled).
