Beach memories will be made here at this vacation getaway in Ocean City MD! Enjoy the ocean and bay views from this ocean side condo with private balcony. This spacious 1 Bedroom condo has views of the ocean from almost every room! You will find 2 queens in your comfortably furnished primary bedroom as well as large picture window with incredible views as well as private bath. There is also a queen sleep sofa for extra guests in the living area. This property is located on the 13th floor of the 9400 Building. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Great location, nice place

We loved it there! We usually stay in a different unit but the one we stay in was booked. This unit was nice, could have just used some more kitchen amenities. There weren’t enough plates or glasses to drink from, no real cutlery, cooking supplies or even things like salt or pepper or cooking spray. I know that’s not a requirement but these non perishables are useful for traveling folks. I also wish there was better furniture on the balcony. It’s a nice view but the furniture was dated and uncomfortable so we didn’t spend any time out there. I feel when you pay premium for these types The place was great otherwis.

We had a wonderful time and this condo was in the perfect spot. It is in a perfect location and has amazing views of the beach and bay. Unfortunately the patio furniture is outdated and uncomfortable with ripped cushions and there were cleanliness issues through out the condo.They need to invest in a better cleaning service and new patio furniture.
