This beautiful 3 Br / 2 Ba condo is airy and bright, thanks to the many windows and doors letting in the natural light. Beachy and pristine, enjoy your time away at this 79th Street location. With an outdoor pool, and it's close proximity to many area restaurants, shops and nightlife, you have everything for the perfect vacation. The condo has a complete kitchen, there is a washer/dryer, there are 4 Smart TV's with streaming capabilities, Free Wifi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. ( please note that this building does have an area reserved for grilling. 1 charcoal grill is there, or, bring your own. You cannot grill on your balcony though, per Fire Marshall.)The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Occupancy for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
