Downtown OC three bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath bottom floor property has the location your have been waiting for. Park your cars and relax on your large L shaped balcony
with rocking chairs or take a short walk to the boardwalk and beach for the day with the family. Large open and airy living area with the attached dinning area next to the kitchen and living area. This property is well furnished with modern furniture and flooring and the owners will always be sure it is cleaned to your satisfaction. There are 2 flats screen TV's and WIFI throughout. The bedrooms are comfortable with the following bed sizes:

BR3: 1 Single
LR: Queen sleep sofa
The owner lives upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors and only will rent to families and no pets or smoking are allowed.
