Step right on to the beach and walk over the dunes to the ocean . Additional 16 x 12 private deck off master bedroom. First level living area has an ocean front living room, dining area, kitchen. Full bath and bedroom with king bed and back deck. Second living level has an Ocean front master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony. Full bath and back bedroom with 4 twin beds. Entry level foyer has full size washer and dryer and 2 car parking under and in in front of townhome. NO GROUP RENTALS! NO PETS! NO SMOKING! SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY!!
