The apartment was nice - there was a welcome board which was cute. There was an outdoor cat that was friendly. We didn’t feel like the beds were comfortable. There were stains on the furniture covered by folded blankets and some damaged cabinets in the kitchen -really just normal wear for a rental unit. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. Liked the area and could walk to st nicks mini golf - and other places near by- including the light house and fishers popcorn.

Exactly as advertised. Close to the beach. Mostly quiet. Neighbors below us were very loud until 3 am one night. That can happen anywhere though! Owner was super responsive!Would def recommend!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The place was very clean and comfortable. The beach, restaurants, lighthouse, mini-golf, etc. were all within walking distance. We enjoyed Harpoon Hanna’s, The Lobster Shanty, and a short drive to the Bethany Boardwalk.

Weekend get a way

We wanted to get the last weekend of fun in at the beach for the summer and the place was perfect. The location was great and everything was very clean. All appliances worked and parking was on site.

Close to the beaches

My children and I stayed 3 nights. It's a really nice space perfect for families. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Washer and dryer in unit is nice 3 rd floor end unit is the best location for these condos. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great mini vacation. This location was perfect, we were able to do things in Ocean City, as well as, Delaware because everything was so close. The property was pretty clean. If we come back to OC next year we would stay again!

Paola's home is beautiful and was spotless. Everything was very comfortable. She has everything you'll need and was very easy to contact should you need to. It's within walking distance to almost everything. We had a blast and will definitely stay again.

Closer than you think...

The walk to the beach is shorter than you might think, and the beach cart provided to help carry the chairs and beach umbrella was a wonderful amenity. Would have stayed longer if we had the time.

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice condo. Great layout. Convenient location with 2 parking spaces. Clean and comfortable. The only downside is its 3rd floor location with no elevator and only stairs. It wasn’t a huge problem for us except for the days we were moving in and out and carrying bags and groceries. We would recommend and stay again.

Relaxing stay

Very nice, quiet location. Just a few blocks to the bus station to ride the beach bus downtown and avoid the hassle of parking. Easy walk to the ocean. Close to Northside park for sunset viewing. We are an active family so climbing stairs to the third floor was no problem. We also enjoyed visiting OC Fit to lift weights! Thank you for a serene stay at Casa de Sea-renity. Ha sido un placer. A little hectic but would book again

We had the bad luck of staying at this property when the A/C decided to die. The manager was very responsive in getting repair folks out there and it was replaced the next day. We also got one night refunded so we could sleep comfortably. Other than that the place was great: solid cooking supplies, great shower pressure, pretty quiet, and it really is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There's also multiple minigolf and video game places, soft serve ice cream, and really great tacos around the Delaware border.

Last Minute Beach Trip

I was happy about finding a rental at Ocean City, MD that was not operated by a rental agency. You could tell Paola takes great care with her rental which was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. We had a really bad experience with Vacasa through Vrbo last summer and had rented really musty unit on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina so we were super nervous about booking through Vrbo again. This unit had literally everything you would need to enjoy a beach vacation. The condo unit its self was almost completely empty the when we stayed there during the week. The layout of the condo and having two bathrooms, one for us and one for our son and a friend he brought was perfect. The beach is walking distance from the unit, but if you want to drive to the epicenter of the boardwalk it is about a 20 minute drive through traffic, but it wasn't a big deal as we often stopped at some of the restaurants and shops on our way back to the unit after spending the day on the beach and boardwalk.

Cute & Cozy

We're a family of four (2 adults, 14 yo, 12 yo) who stayed during a sand soccer weekend. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator, so be mindful if you have any mobility issues. The front bedroom has two twin beds with an adjoining door to the main full bathroom. The living and room is quaint opening to the kitchen. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed very well stocked. The primary bedroom has its own attached full bathroom. There's a lovely little balcony off the primary bedroom that is the most adorable place to sit in the shade and have a coffee in the morning. The host provides some simple home elements like hand soap at all the sinks, tissues, air freshener in the bathrooms, cleaning supplies, and there were some cookies supplies (oil, spices, tea/kcups, etc). Bonus perks for my teens, there were also throw blankets and plentiful areas to charge devices. The electronic keypad battery light kept flashing so it may need to be changed, but unlocking the door gave us some issues the two times we did it. Also, loved being able to utilize the beach chairs! Only suggestion is maybe add a clock to the bedrooms. My 12 yo didn't know what time it was when he got up (no phone). Overall, great location as it's an easy walk to the beach, mini golf, gocarts, Dunkin, shops, and some restaurants and a great stay in a clean, cozy, and comfy condo!
