Ocean City Beach Hotels, Sneads Ferry

"Very neat and clean hotel. Comfortable beds, soft pillows. Pool wasn't open for the season yet, but looks to be well kept. Building is well maintained and clean. The man working there, short little chubby guy, got aggressive with me over checking out 15 minutes late, as if it were my responsibility to read a stupid piece of paper on the desk when I checked in at night after a long day. The lady working there was very nice and friendly, I sure hope that sweet lady is not that a******'s husband. She was very kind and knocked on the door at 11:00, I was still asleep and quickly got up, cleaned up after myself and left, before being approached at my vehicle by the chubby little man who thought he was a big boy and thought he could give me a hard time over something they did not do their diligence and make me aware of the checkout time. So, if it weren't for the little chubby guy being rude just as I was leaving and trying to get me to beat him up in the parking lot like low class white trash that he is, then I would definitely recommend the place. But since that's the kind of people they let run it, I won't be back and will tell anybody I know not to go there."

"I just can't say enough positive things about our stay. The home was lovely, well appointed and very clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The deck was perfect and we loved having both higher chairs and lower ones depending on the breeze and how cool it was.Being just steps from the beach was amazing. We went down to the ocean and back many times a day because it was so convenient. The manager and owner were very easy to work with and provided excellent communication and service.I highly recommend. We will definitely book again."

"We visited when it was unseasonably cold and no one checked if the heat was on. The owner was very helpful assisting us, but the unit in the primary bedroom was broken. We only used the first and second floors. The place is well equipped. FYI, two king beds are fairly firm. We appreciated the desk and chair for remote work, a rarity in many rentals. One thing to note, they are building other homes blocking much of the view in the pictures. However, the location is great and the house is very close to the beach, good access and location."

"Magnificent views even though house is set back in the landscape. Private boardwalk to the beach is a plus. Dog run is a lifesaver! Tasteful decor with comfortable king bed! The games were an added touch to our rainy day! Host was welcoming to our feedback regarding a deeper clean —especially with the hair that was left in all the all shower drains and the 2 roaches we encountered our last day. Host planned to take action to address these points. "

"If you want a beach house that is literally on the beach this is the house for you! Walk right off the gated porch and into the sand. We have a small dog so the gates were a huge plus not to have to worry about her getting out! She loves the beach as much as we do. We only used the king bed and it is very comfortable! Not to firm & not too soft. No, I'm not Goldilocks but as folks with back issues It is always a concern. You will have everything you need in the unit. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Steve, the owner, was easy & helpful when communicating. I contacted him twice about restaurant recommendations and an issue with the TV and both times he responded quickly. Also, there is a walkway across the street that gives you access to the Sound!! The only criticism I might have was the carpet could stand a cleaning. Some stains but no odor and I did not feel grossed out like in some hotel rooms. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This rental is directly on the ocean and has wonderful views. There is a great deal of room plus the house is truly decorated as a beach house. We had a wonderful week especially since the house is conveniently located. "

"Amazing Grace is just that AMAZING AND GRACE!! We will definitely be coming back! The house is beautifully decorated and made us all feel at home!! It is honestly steps from the beach! Wonderful views and the absolute best sunrises ever! Shelling was great I found sea glass which was amazing and my husband found a message in a bottle!! We loved Amazing Grace "
