The hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and there was a restaurant serving delicious pork donburi nearby within walking distance. I especially want to mention that on the day of check-out, we discovered that our rental car had a flat tire. Fortunately, a staff member in the hotel parking lot helped us by contacting the rental company to arrange a tow truck. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us during a stressful situation. Thanks to his prompt assistance, we were able to get everything sorted out smoothly. I was truly grateful for his assistance.

일방통행 도로 때문에 주차장 찾기가 살짝 어려웠음. 호텔 바로 뒤에 타워주차장이 있음. 객실은 깔끔했고 필요한 모든 것이 비치되어 있음. 단, 실내 온도 조절이 안되는 점은 아쉬웠음. 에어컨디셔너는 있었지만 작동이 안됨. 창문이 열려서 환기를 시켰음. 조식이 아주 훌륭함. 13층 전망 좋은 곳에 식당이 위치해 있음. 적극 추천하는 바임.

日本では珍しいといわれるモール温泉は褐色で、肌がつるつるになるような気落ちになりました。朝食は十勝のおいしいものがいただけます。豚丼のお肉、ジンギスカン鍋、ザンギ、牛乳も2社のものを飲み比べできました。フレンチトーストのわきには甜菜糖も置いてあります。6月1日から値上がりしたようですが、それでも食べる価値はありと思います。13階からの眺めも良く、日高の山々、遠くには大雪山系の山も見ることができます。駐車場はホテルの裏側です。

朝食は美味しかったし、温泉も良かったが内風呂と露天風呂の入口が別々なのが少し不便だと思いました。駐車場係もものすごく親切、丁寧な対応でした。掛布団カバーと室内着の臭いが少し気になりました。
