Great villa !
Villa was extremely clean and as advertised. Communication with the villa owner was excellent. We paid for pool heating which I think was a must. It would have been too cold otherwise as the weather was a bit hit and miss but you can’t control that ! The resort of Praia D’el Rey was great also. We are in the club house a couple of times during our stay.

Villa Chloe - Praia d’el Rei
Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Villa Chloe. Villa was clean, well equipped and maintained. Swimming pool was very welcome and seems that previous residents followed instructions to cover it at night as water temperature was warm without it being heated. Would definitely recommend it as a nice home to spend a holiday at.

Great villa with beautiful pool. 10 mins from the beach, less than 5 mins from the golf club house.
Spacious villa, with great pool. Outside BBQ area next to the pool. Lots to explore in the area and awesome beaches only a short drive away.

Wonderful Relaxing Location
Villa Chloe is a fantastic location for a quiet, stress free holiday. I enjoy my golf so this was a bonus. Access was easy and Sara's communication was exemplary. The villa is very well appointed and there are many owner/guest suggestions of local cafes, restaurants and things to do. We will return.

Villa Chloe
Villa Chloe was as advertised. The house and property was very clean and well maintained. Basics were available and it’s a short drive to what you need. During the month of February the neighbourhood was very quiet and enjoyable for us. Maintenance staff came to cut grass, weed flower beds and were always courteous asking if it was ok to do this or if people were still sleeping they could come back later. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and did a good job. For a relaxing non-stress vacation villa with a focus on golf we’d certainly consider renting again.

Lovely quiet villa
The villa is lovely and the listing was very accurate in terms of equipment and facilities. The process of booking and checking in and out was easy and well managed. The resort itself is very peaceful, pleasant and well maintained - if you like playing golf and visiting beaches then this is a fantastic place to stay.

Great base for surfing and golf
Nice property within walking distance of a beach although you will definitely need a car to get about as the resort is a good distance to the nearest village/ town. The area has its own microclimate which means it’s best to check the local forecast and not assume it will have similar weather to Lisbon. It was a good 10c lower than Lisbon for the week we were there even though it’s only 100km away. Peniche and Baleal have excellent beaches and the kids loved the constant waves. A wetsuit is a must if you want to spend long in the water as the Atlantic is cold!

Clean villa in a great area of Portugal
Sara was great at communicating before our visit and the one time we needed to contact the management company while there they were very professional and helpful. Villa was a good size and very clean. The surrounding area of Portugal is beautiful and there is lots to do really close by. A great holiday.

We were 2 couples, the men played golf every day and us ladies sat by the pool which we were glad we had heated even in June. The villa is as described and more than enough space for us. Having some English channels on the tv was good. The area is very quiet with not much going on, so perfect for us. The area is very neat and tidy with lovely landscaping. The on site shop was very basic and we went in the car as it would have been about 30 min to walk I think, with the larger supermarket 15 mins away. The club house did very good food which was a 5 min walk. If your looking for a quiet relaxing stay this place is perfect, you will need a car to get around.

Praia D'el Ray Family Vacation
We visited Vila Chloe in May 2019 and had a wonderful stay. The home was a perfect base for our first family visit to Portugal, as we could easily access much of the country within a couple of hours, and the region of the Silver Coast was perfect for us. We are a family with two adult children, and the home could not have been better as lot's of space to spread out. We will look forward to returning to Praia D'el Rey again. Thank you Sara!

Lovely villa - quiet with great facilities
Stayed April 2019 for a week with 2 teenage boys. Villa in lovely quiet area and was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Worth every penny paying for the pool to be heated as despite mixed weather we were able to use it every day. Golf facilities were great locally and a good range of activities to do. Highly recommend Sara - clear instructions were provided and she was very pleasant to deal with

Fabulous villa with great facilities equipped for a family of 6.
Fully equipped kitchen, great dining space inside and outdoors. Great pool with sunloungers and plenty of space to sunbathe. Good size bathrooms, great space in lounge with tv & ample sofa space. A good bonus to have dishwasher and Washing machine. We also enjoyed yawing the outdoor Bbq. Housekeeping clearly do an excellent job. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful time at your villa .

A great family villa

Clean, modern villa near quiet sandy beach
The villa was exactly as described, and was very pleasant and relaxing to stay at. The resort itself will suit some people and not others. It was great for us because we just wanted to lounge around and not do a lot. We also primarily self-catered as it was easier for us. It was easy to get to from Lisbon airport - literally an hour's drive. The beach at the resort was large, beautiful, quiet, and had dramatic waves which was good for teenage boys. It had gorgeous sand. It was a 15-20 min walk to the beach from the villa, or you could park very easily near the beach in the Mariott Hotel kind of area. The villa's pool, garden and conservatory made it very enjoyable to relax and read at the villa. There is little by way of facilities at the resort (which I imagine is why the beach and the resort generally is so quiet - which suited us). This means that you need to drive about 5-10 mins to the nearest small town to use the supermarket, etc. We steered clear of eating/drinking at the Mariott Hotel and the golf clubhouse at the resort - on the grounds that they were likely to be rather pricey and a bit "corporate". The resort is essentially like an upmarket equivalent of a (relatively small) purpose built housing estate - abeit villas and not Wimpey homes. All the properties and grounds seem to be very well kept, with lots of pool and garden maintenance going on. So the environment is pleasant. The villas in this part of the resort are quite close together but we never felt overlooked. You could hear the people behind in their garden but it wasn't a problem - although it might be if it was grown ups having a party late at night (but it doesn't seem that sort of place).

Very relaxed and pleasant experience
Nice modern villa with plenty of space. Three excellent bedrooms and good living space both inside and outside the property. The property is very clean and well maintained. You definitely require a car and once you get to know the area there are many good restaurants within a short drive. We particularly enjoyed the quietness when sitting out on the covered terrace. We didn’t eat in apart from breakfast but the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need if you enjoy self catering. Booking the property was very straight forward and the owners responded quickly when we contacted them. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend Villa Chloe and will use HomeAway again in the future Steve & Sue Mather July 2018

Wonderful relaxing villa in a beautiful area
The villa was lovely and had everything we could wish for. We ate in much of the time as it was perfect barbecue weather but the club house was lovely for lunch and there are some great places if you want to travel a little further. My daughter loved playing in the pool and running around in the garden. I can't recommend this villa enough. Perfect family holiday.

beautiful & clean with excellent maid service. The property was just as good as the pictures.
The villa was as described luxury with plenty of amenities, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, having the pool heated for the children on the last week was an added bonus couldn't get them out. The service team were very good and prompt to deal with the few maintenance problems we had. There was a abundance of restaurants near by and if you only wanted a snack you could visit the golf club. There were plenty of sporting activities and lots of attractions to visit, or just relax by the pool. Our only disappointment was the barbecue the grill was covered in rust and no facility to clean it, the grill pan was rotten and in holes.We were looking forward to using this facility as we spend a lot of time at home eating alfresco, such a shame as we always take this into consideration when booking a villa. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at villa chloe and will certanly visit the Silver Coast again.

Fantastic Family Summer Holiday
Family of four stayed at Villa Chloe. The Villa is very spacious, all mod cons, the pool has the sunshine from 9am to 6pm, we had the pool heated which was perfect and the kids spent many hours in there. Praia Del Rey has all the amenities you need including a small shop that sells all essentials. For food we ate the the Golf Clubhouse a couple of times, the snack menu is perfect and offers good value. We also ate at the Marriot Hotel in the bar where the food was good and the service is what you would expect from a 5* restaurant. Places to visit included Obidos, Obidos Lagoon, Baleal Beach which offers great surf and plenty of surf clubs to choose from. Lisbon is only an hour away and is also worth a visit. All in all a fantastic holiday!

Just perfect

Fantastic villa and Resort is beautiful
We loved our time at Villa Chloe. The villa is fully equipped and the pool is perfect. Everything feels fresh and new. The garden at villa Chloe is also very pretty. The resort is very quiet but has lovely walks and the beach is very clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend for a holiday of total switch off and relaxing.

A luxurious villa in beautiful resort
I have just returned from Villa Chloe as part of a group of 4 adults, and we had a fantastic time! The villa is very spacious and well equipped, with comfy beds and sofas. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need should you wish to cook whilst staying at the villa (which we did several times). We enjoyed lounging by the pool in the sunshine, and the outside dining area with facilities for a bbq. The pool itself is large, and we had it heated which was lovely! The villa is situated within a very well kept golfing resort, and ideally situated within walking to the clubhouse, where we enjoyed cocktails on the terrace! My friend and I also used the spa facilities at the Marriott hotel, situated within the resort, of which I can thoroughly recommend. The beach at the end of Praia del Rey is beautiful, and we enjoyed a walk along the coastline. A short drive away is a beach town called Peniche, which boasts some lovely restaurants and bars, all with a relaxed atmosphere. There is also the opportunity to take up surf lessons too. It was nice returning to the homely and comfortable villa after a blustery day at the beach! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Chloe, and very much hope to return in the near future.

Lovely villa - very clean, well maintained and spacious. It felt like home from home!
Had a great week at villa Chloe. The villa itself is well kept and perfect for a family (we have children aged 18, 8 and 5). We chose to have the pool heated which made it perfect for swimming, whatever the time of day. We would definitely like to return one day.

Tolles, sauberes und geräumiges Haus
Gute Lage, eigentlich sehr ruhig. Von der Baustelle gerade nebenzu wussten wir nichts. Zum Glück hat das Haus gute Fenster, sodass der Lärm kaum mehr zu hören war. Schnell ist die Lagune von Obidos, Obidos oder das Gebiet um Peniche zu erreichen. Haus ist gut ausgerüstet. Es hat Alufolie, Putzmittel, Abtrocknungstücher etc. Das Haus ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Villa in Golf Resort
Wir haben hier einen schönen 2-wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wird gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung reichte für unsere Bedürfnisse aus. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Villa aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt. Die Villa liegt in einem relativ dicht bebauten- aber gut gepflegten Golf-Resort welches einen hochwertigen Eindruck macht. Dieses bietet für Nicht-Golfer allerdings sehr wenig. Die schöne Steilküste am Strand bietet sich für lange Spaziergänge an. Wir können die Villa insbesondere für Anhänger des Golf-Sports empfehlen. Wir möchten uns bei den Vermietern für die flexible und großzügige Handhabung unserer Buchung bedanken, die wir coronabedingt um 1 Jahr verschieben mussten. Many Thanks !

Ein schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Chloe. Die Villa war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Wir haben den Pool beheizen lassen, andernfalls wäre er vermutlich zu kalt gewesen. Alles in allem ein toller Ort um einen gelungenen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wir waren insgesamt mit 2 Pärchen für 14 Tage vom 07.-21.09.19 in Portugal , Praia del Rei. Die Villa war einfach klasse. Genau, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht, und der Service vor Ort durch die Agentur (danke an Paula) hervorragend. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war in Serra del Rei, ca. 3 KM entfernt. Den Strand am Marriot Hotel errreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Restaurants in der Nähe auch nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles aber machbar und war für uns total okay. Von hier aus konnte man sehr gute Tagesausflüge machen. Die Empfehlungen im Gästebuch der Villa dazu waren sehr hilfreich und genau. Alles in allem ein absolut runder und schöner Urlaub. gerne wieder :-) Danke auch an Sarah und Richard (Vermieter) für die optimale Reisevorbereitung. Die 4 Krefelder

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist toll und sehr zu empfehlen. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt und alles bestens in Ordnung. Der Pool ist toll. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küchenausstattung o.k., wenn auch nicht übermäßig gut ausgestattet, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer leider viel zu weich und nur etwas für Leute mit guten Bandscheiben, aber ansonsten alles Tip top. Das Ressort, in dem das Haus liegt ist sehr geeignet für Golfliebhaber, die Tennisakademie mit guten Trainern sehr zu empfehlen und der Strand schön und kaum besucht. Leider fehlt im Ressort ein guter Supermarkt, aber in den anliegenden Orten kann man das gut kompensieren. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
