Cozy apartment with a dream view of the Hochgrat

The 2-room apartment is located in a quiet location in the Schroth spa town of Oberstaufen, in the Weissach district.

The entrances to the trail network and various hiking trails can be reached on foot. The ski and golf region of Steibis / Hochgrat and the Hündle ski area are approx. 10 minutes away by car or can be reached by bus - stop right outside the front door.
The Großer Alpsee in Immenstadt is 15 kilometers away and invites you to go swimming, boating, kiting, surfing or fishing in summer.

Directly in Oberstaufen there is the Aquaria swimming pool with various swimming pools, diving boards and a large sauna area inside and outside.

Nightlife is not neglected in Oberstaufen either. Whether right in front of the door, the legendary “Enzianhütte” or in the center of “Bubis Bar”, the “Weinbauer” and the “Apostl”.
The also very well-known "Ponyhof" is about 5 minutes by car.

The 2-room apartment is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room - so 4 people can feel comfortable in the apartment without any problems.
In the kitchen there are all important cooking utensils as well as a microwave oven, toaster, etc.
A 32-inch TV with satellite connection is also available.

There is a bicycle / ski cellar in the house and of course a parking space is also included.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten

Der Kontakt war absolut problemlos, Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit geklärt. Oberstaufen ist toll gelegen und bietet eine Vielzahl an Wandermöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, z.T. auch ab Haus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Wohn-Essbereich schön geräumig. Sehr gerne genutzt haben wir auch den Balkon. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem, ebenso die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings sollte die konventionelle Kaffeemaschine mal wieder entkalkt werden und wir haben die Dunstabzugshaube leider nicht zum Laufen gebracht. Auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz haben wir immer problemlos eine Lücke für uns gefunden. Zunächst war es in der Wohnung auch schön ruhig, aber in der zweiten Nacht hatten wir direkte Nachbarn und entweder waren diese sehr laut oder die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft aber wirklich weiterempfehlen, wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder.

2 Zimmerwohung im 4. OG eines 5-geschossigen Hauses ohne Aufzug. Insgesamt schöne Aussicht, allerdings Industriegebäude auf Nachbargrundstück (kein Lärm oder Geruch). Schlafzimmer normale Größe, sehr großer Schrank. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, Sitzgarnitur großer Schrank, etwas Lesestoff vorhanden. Balkon. Kleines Bad (Dusche), sparsam beleuchtet, sehr kleine Küche (Herd/Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Grill, reichlich Geschirr. Zur Zeit unseres Besuches ruhiges Haus.

Alles prima, gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im Ortsteil Oberstaufen-Weißach mit tollem Blick auf die Berge (Hochgrat etc.). Direkt neben dem Mehrparteien-Haus ist die Enzianhütte, in der wir sehr lecker und mit netter Atmosphäre und Bedienung essen waren. Super Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Steibis mit super Käserei 5 Autominuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Nett und gediegen

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Oberstaufen verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt auf dem Weg nach Steibis oder auch nach Österreich, wenn man größere / schneesicherere Skigebiete anfahren möchte. Es handelt sich zwar um die Durchgangsstraße, aber dadurch, dass das Haus nach hinten versetzt ist, bekommt man von dem Verkehr so gut wie nichts mit. Die Wohnung selbst wirkt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen mit etwas altbackenen Möbeln, aber hat den grandiosen Blick auf die Berge. Alles in der Wohnung hat einwandfrei funktioniert Herr Scholl war auch im Vorfeld schon sehr hilfsbereit und hat vor Ort unseren Skiurlaub mit seinen guten Tipps gerettet. Wer keine topmoderne Designwohnung braucht und eine vom Preis und der Lage her günstige Fetoenwohnung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden direkt vom Gastgeber freundlich begrüßt und bekamen alles erklärt inkl. guter Wandertipps. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bei schönem Wetter hat man einen wirklich schönen Blick. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich gerne weiterempfehlen,

Einen Aufenthalt wert

Sehr gut ausgestattete fewo mit tollem Blick. Unkomplizierter Vermieter mit guten Umgebungsinformationen. Ermöglicht alles in allem einen tollen Urlaub. Das einzige was den einen oder anderen irritieren könnte, ist der Durchgang zu einer benachbarten Wohnung, welcher sich direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster befindet. War für uns aber nicht weiter störend.
