"Das Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise einer 4 Sterne-Qualität: eine Gardine seitlich zerfetzt, eine Steckdose zwischen Bett und Nachttisch hing an der Verdrahtung aus der Wand, im Bereich einer weiteren, gut sichtbaren Steckdose endeten die Malerarbeiten frühzeitig und mit Abstand, ein Laken war fleckig, an dem Heizkörper im Bad aus den 1980er Jahren - alles in bahamabeige - war an zahlreichen Stellen die Farbe abgeplatzt, der Klodeckel war matt und fleckig geputzt.
