"Very affordable and quiet — would stay again."

"There was good and not so good about our stay. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check while the staff member tried to resolve issues with another guest. That was unfortunate but understandable, but I was never acknowledged and when I was able to begin, was abandoned to another guest before completing. Was never told anything about the property including breakfast location and hours or spa location and details. The next day tried to ask the same staff member how to get to the spa and was told...

"I arrived at 8pm; the reception was closed and further no indication. walking around I found the restaurant and they helped me further on. I would advise them to give some indications at the reception where to go.."

"A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem."
