"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels.
