Our house Emsgold can accommodate 6 people and has all the comfort you would expect at home. The house was built on its own plot of approx. 500 m². 2 car parking spaces also belong to the house, as does a spacious terrace.

In our house you can live comfortably and comfortably. Explore the Emsland, East Frisia or our neighboring country from here. The Netherlands are only 10 minutes away and offer a lot of destinations and sights.

Distribution: entrance area with wardrobe, additional guest toilet, comfort bathroom with large shower, living-dining area with kitchenette and access to the covered terrace, double bedroom with box spring double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single box spring beds each, storage room for accessories, a large covered one Terrace and 2 parking spaces.

Description:
The house is at ground level without steps. The bathroom has towel and floor heating, toilet, vanity, washing machine and a large shower. Another toilet with sink is available in the house. The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, large TV and an armchair. The house basically has everything you would expect in a holiday home! You shouldn't miss anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, porcelain, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and other accessories. The master bedroom has another television and reading lamps. The children's rooms also have reading lamps. The house offers sufficient sockets in all rooms for all of your electrical equipment. We offer free WiFi in the house.

Das Haus war sauber, außer einem Geschirrtuch war alles vorhanden. Hier war man auf ein Auto angewiesen, da absolut keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort war. Das war aber nicht schlimm. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Schlüssel Safe, die aber nach einem Telefonat sofort behoben wurden.

Schöne ruhige 5 Tage im Emsland

Unterkunft war wie abgebildetet, sehr modern und alles tip top. Wir vier (Kinder 4 und 11) haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Wenn etwas zu anzumerken wäre, dann das ein neuer Föhn, die Tür vom Gefrierfach ist leicht defekt und Topper würden die Schlafqualität deutlich erhöhen. Wie gesagt wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Prima verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed bereikbaar. Door miscommunicatie waren de bedden nog niet opgemaakt maar na 1 telefoontje was dit supersnel opgelost.

Neuwertiger Zustand mit intelligenter Heizungstechnik. Schöne Küche mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Wohlfühlen im Bad. Schlafzimmer: Vorschlag Kopfkissen erneuern und für Boxspringbett eine Topper anschaffen.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden das mit allem ausgestattet war was man brauchte. Es war sogar ein Holzkohlegrill auf der schönen großen Terrasse vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen,,, leider wohnt man doch sehr abseits von allem. Aber für die jenigen die es "sehr ruhig " mögen ist es perfekt.

Wir waren mit ein paar Freunden (Alter 17-18) für 4 Nächte vor Ort. Das Haus war wie angegeben und sauber. Check-in und Check-out waren super einfach und ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen bekamen wir schnelle Antworten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen.

Wohlfühl-Wochenende

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in dem nichts fehlt! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Von hier aus lassen sich viele Unternehmungen starten. So waren wir in Papenburg und Leer, haben die Meyer Werft und das Jagdschloss Clemenswerth besichtigt oder einfach auf der schönen Terrasse entspannt! Vielen Dank an Familie Nyenhuis!

Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war in einem top Zustand und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern schnell und unkompliziert, gerne wieder! Die einzige Anmerkung ist bezüglich er Internet Verbindung. Ich hatte versucht von dort aus zu arbeiten, dafür war die Verbindung allerdings zu langsam/instabil und auch die Mobilfunkverbindungen sind dort alle sehr schwach.

Rundum ein wohlfühl Objekt

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet.... Tolles grosses Badezimmer und soger ein gästekloh. Es mangelt an nichts, alles ist vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko sind die leider vollig unsortierten Fernsehprogramme.
