Emsdüne - Cottage in nature and close to the Ems - cozy - modern facilities

Beautiful modern Fereienhaus with comfortable facilities. The house can accommodate 1 to 6 people. Three bedrooms with 2 beds each. In the large bedroom you will find a double bed. Field and meadow view. The house has a separate plot with a covered terrace and 2 car parking spaces.
They do not need to give up comfort. All beds are boxspring beds in hotel quality.
Steps are not to be found in the house, everything is at ground level and the shower in the bathroom is spacious and at ground level.
Each bedroom has reading lights - in the large bedroom an additional flat screen TV.
The cozy living-dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people.
The house is built in massive construction and has a gas central heating and 3-compartment glazing, so it is always cuddly warm even in the coldest winter. In addition, we have installed a floor heating in the bathroom.
You should not miss anything - be our guest and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and explore the Emsland from your Fereindomiziel. It will please everyone, whether old or young.

Alles perfekt, es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt. Super angenehme Unterkunft. Waren mit beiden Kindern, 17 und 20, dort anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Abends schön zusammen gesessen und geklönt. Ausstattung sehr schön. Eine Bitte an alle: Achtet und geht behutsam mit der Wohnunhg um. Alles neu und sauber, Fliegengitter, Fußbodenheizung, Schnell alle Räume warm. Kuschelig, gemütlich.... Eine einzige Kritik, hoffentlich gibt es bald eine Straße, aber da muss man Geduld walten lassen, das wünscht sich det Eigentümer bestimmt auch. Die Feruensiedlung ist halt ganz neu.
