  • The house cook in three Annen Hohne lies at the foot of the Brocken, the highest mountain in northern Germany, (1142 m high) between Schierke and Wernigerode, very near the resin cross-train station Three Annen Hohne.
    From there you can take the old steam train on narrow tracks through romantic
    Valleys across the resin to drive up to the "father chunks".

    Not only for narrow-gauge railway fans, bikers and hikers an ideal starting point to the
    Sights of the Harz National Park meet. An extensive network of hiking trails
    takes you through heavily wooded and clip-rich areas of the national park. The nature reserve
    around the "father chunks" as he is affectionately called by the Harzern, is unique.

Klein aber oho

Wir sind sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen worden. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und liegt einfach wunderbar zentral, um von dort aus Unternehmungen zu starten. 3 Harzer Wandernadel Stempel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem die direkte natürliche Umgebung gerade im Umbau begriffen ist haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ferien am Fuß des Brockens

Ein nettes Ferienhäuschen in einem kleinen Örtchen am Fuße des Brockens. Durch den Rückgang des Harzer Fichtenwaldes hat man von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft. Trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zum Besucherparkplatz ist es sehr ruhig dort. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und war sehr sauber. Ich würde hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Urlaub mit Enkelin Marie

Vom Ferienhaus sind viele Punkte im Harz schnell erreichbar. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg ist der Bahnhof Drei Annen Hohne erreichbar, von wo man bis z. B. nach Wernigerode mit der Harzer Schmalspurbahn fahren kann oder von dort bis zum Brocken. Einkaufen kann man im 5 km entfernten Edeka in Elbingerode. Der Urlaub war sehr schön!

Es war super 👍. Super schöne Unterkunft, Topp sauber, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Übergabe. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Viel uns schwer wieder zu fahren. Aber der Urlaub war leider vorbei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Optimale Basis um die Gegend zu erkunden

Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet: 2 separate Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (über eine recht steile Treppe erreichbar) mit je 2 Einzelbetten, ein hübsches Aufenthaltszimmer zum Verweilen und Essen für 4 Personen mit einem gemütlichen Kamin, eine kleine aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche (etwas Abstellraum für Vorräte fehlt vielleicht) sowie ein modern saniertes Bad. Alles recht klein, aber zweckmäßig. Vom Haus aus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und erkunden der Gegend. Der Bahnhof Drei-Annen-Hohne der HSB ist vor der Tür, sowie eine Bushaltestelle (mit Kurkarte kann der Bus gratis benutzt werden). Straßen führen nach Norden (Wernigerode), Osten (Elbingerode) und Süden (Schierke/Braunlage). Folgendes sollte jedoch klar sein (was uns nicht im Geringsten störte): Ein großer Wanderparkplatz ist direkt vor dem Grundstück, die HSB benutzt hin und wieder ihre akustischen Signale und die nahen Straßen sind nicht eben verlassen. Darüber hinaus haben die Harzer Wälder in der Umgebung zuletzt einen großen Teil ihres Fichten-Baumbestandes verloren, was traurig ist, aber die Chance für einen ökologischen Neuanfang bietet.

Heerlijk verblijf

Mooie locatie bij treinstation brockenbahn en een hotel met restaurant. Kokki staat dagelijks erwtensoep met worst te verkopen. Uitvalsweg en zijn prima voor de wandernadeln en de route bij Drei Annen hohne was ook leuk. Leuk huisje waar we ons prima hebben vermaakt. Zeker een aanrader. Regina is een betrokken verhuurster.
