BERGWELTEN Holiday Rental - Our high-end, comfortable “base camp” was completely renovated in 2024. It’s located on the ground floor in a sunny spot, with a separate entrance and a private outdoor area of approximately 30 square metres, as well as a terrace shielded from view. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a dining table, a smart TV, a large double bed, a radio, and air conditioning, it features a new bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment! Since December 2025, an additional room—accessible from the outside—has been available, featuring a single bed for a third person or child aged 13 and older, along with its own toilet, shower, sink, and Smart TV, and can be booked flexibly as needed. The holiday rental includes a private parking space directly in front of the house, as well as an electric charging station/wallbox (for a fee: EUR 15.00 per night—can be booked flexibly on-site)! The basement (not wheelchair accessible), approximately 22 square metres, is perfect for relaxing on a sleeper sofa or offers space for additional activities and games. In addition, there is a separate, lockable area of about 7 square metres containing a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a sink (for a fee of EUR 5.00 per use). The terrace is equipped with a largely covered seating/dining area, an electric awning, and 3 patio heaters (powered by the property’s own solar panel system). An outdoor shower also provides welcome relief from the heat during the summer season.
This means you have a total of just under 70 square metres of indoor space and a good 30 square metres of outdoor space—plus a private parking spot right in front of the house—all for your exclusive use!

We are a small, privately owned family business dedicated to providing guests with a cosy place to stay where nothing essential is missing. “Our” little gem has been furnished with love, and we’re delighted to welcome every guest and every family who enjoys and appreciates their stay in our apartment—which isn’t very large, but is very charming and especially cosy.
