The 54 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, washing machine, dryer, as well as children's books and toys.



    You also have access to a table tennis table, a shared fitness room, gym equipment, and a communal sauna.



    The apartment offers a private balcony for relaxing evenings and a heated indoor pool for shared use. A communal garden invites you to enjoy peaceful mornings. The property is located on the Austrian border, with excellent access to the highway and train station; Munich is just an hour away. Numerous cycling and hiking trails start right outside, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Pros: Alles sehr gepflegt;ob Aussenanlage,Zimmer,Pool oder Sauna!!Inhaber freundlich und zuvorkommend! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!! Cons: Nichts zu bemängeln!!
