"Old established hotel with a family mart located just beside. There are 2 flight of stairs before reaching the entrance of the hotel. Parking lot is located diagonally the hotel with no fee charged for hotel guests. However, most of the city area has free parking. Hotel is about 7mins drive from Shimabara port. Overall, an average stay for us. "

"Nice onsen hotel in a small, quiet town. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and made with local ingredients. Noon check out time was amazing for a relaxed breakfast and morning soak."

"Great views. Air conditioned rooms even in November which was amazing. Could actually sleep at night without getting too hot. Close to the port and to the local train line. All around great stay. Restaurant has delicious set meals too!"

"The hotel is around 5-10 minute walk to Isahaya station. The receptionist is nice but barely understand and speak English. The room is neat and it’s super great to have a foot massage machine in it."

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."
