Reception staff miserable and rude upon arrival and unhelpful throughout.
Didn't get the room payed for, manager didnt help and just put us to cancellations, terrible. Room wasnt clean, toenails and hair around bedroom, cleaning staff do bare minimum which is surprising as I've always experienced them very good not here, lazy.
Location is not near anything so unless staying in hotel dont bother. A tip we found was the bus stops outside, even though not sign, worth using as was only 78p, taxis are a rip off so avoid if possible.
Restaurant food and staff were very good, the main plus.
Swimming pools were freezing inside and out, even the ones stating its heated, was definitely not.
Sadly having to write such a negative review, never had to do this with any holiday, but its good to know these things.
Complaints have gone to hotel via Expedia (who have been great) but of course hotel fails to reply.
Sad to say I wont be returning and was my worst holiday and wedding anniversary yet.

"I booked a holiday through Expedia, explicitly sold and confirmed as an "Ultra All Inclusive" (UAI) package. Upon arrival at the hotel, the resort management informed us that they do not offer UAI and only operate on a standard All Inclusive basis (no imported drinks or UAI perks as advertised). ..."

"Do NOT stay here!!! We met an English family and all 11 of them got food poisoning from the food. My friend staying with me here also got severe food poisoning from the food here. The food is unhygienically prepared. The male staff also harassed us whilst at the pool, asking for our phone numbers ..."
