It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Hotel Victoria Oaxaca
Clean areas all around. Polite staff and clean rooms. Parking was near the room, pool was cold for my own taste but that would depend on the time of the year you go, I went in January so it was to be expected. Traveling near the zocalo was very easy.
