"The outside of this nice hotel looked horrible. Fake plants, nasty fountain with no water coming out, but the water in the fountain looked like a swamp. If I hadn’t gone indie , first, to see the state of the hotel I wouldn’t have stayed. The outside of the hotel is everybody’s first impression. Do better! I think Hilton can afford some real flowers in the flower pots. "

"I checked into my room and there was no hot water. The worst ever. I went to the front desk and the person working was not friendly and didn’t even offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience. He simply said I’ll change your room. You would expect the manager or someone would check to see if everything was ok after the room change at 11pm. It was nothing. Definitely would not stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at Best Western multiple times, and it has consistently been a great experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I need. It’s nice to know I can count on a comfortable and pleasant stay every time I visit. Highly recommend!"
