Located in the heart of Oakura Village, a popular beach destination, Butlers Lane-Retreat is just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth. This cozy studio is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, only a short stroll to the popular swimming beach and river. Situated in a quiet position right by the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it offers convenience and tranquility.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. The studio, located at the bottom of the owner's home, has a separate entrance, ensuring privacy. This cost-effective accommodation is well-equipped for your holiday needs, making it an ideal base for exploring everything Surf Highway 45 has to offer.
