Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It was convenient that there were two fast food places nearby. Also close to a decent breakfast cafe, Walmart, Ross,etc. All in all it was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The only thing odd was the placement of the toilet in the bathroom, but it didn’t have an effect on our stay or comfort. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the home as well.

Great little home for our family. Plenty of fans to help keep cool at night. Instructions and communication were clear leading up to the stay. Check out instructions were nebulous, but we just did the usual to cover our bases!

Could be cleaner, dust, broken sign at entrance. Yard is not a hangout space, no chairs or table (it's a front yard). Overall nice stay for what we wanted.
