Fully equipped kitchenette with granite counter, sink, roomy fridge. Peet's French Roast coffee maker, microwave, hot water kettle, dishes and cutlery, sea salt and pepper grinder, pots, pans, induction burner; all the utensils one needs for cooking.
Comfy Ikea couch/daybed has pull out trundle if needed. Studio is 14x20', with a large closet and a tiled bathroom with a great shower.
Sit comfortably at the desk or perch on a bar stool at the pub table as you browse your computer with high speed wireless internet.

Guest access:
Outdoor table and chairs in the verdant backyard provides a lovely setting to sip your morning coffee and browse your laptop.
Lovely field like park directly across the street, with ancient huge live oak tree, and bench on which to meditate or rest.

We only interact with guests as much as you would like; I'm available if you have questions. Otherwise I respect your complete privacy.


Getting around:
You may park in the driveway, or we can give you a visitor street parking permit hang tag.
Walk to campus, sport and cultural events.
A casual carpool pickup to downtown San Francisco is available during morning commute hours. Next to College Avenue Safeway, on Claremont Ave.

Public transportation:
Close to Rockridge BART (a nice walk) and downtown Berkeley BART. 20 minute BART ride to downtown SF.

Bus routes: #49 stops up the street on the main boulevard; infrequent and daytime hours only.
#51B is a 10-min-walk away; runs frequently, also in the evenings.
Connects to both BART stations.

Transbay bus "E" to downtown SF runs during commute hours. By Claremont Ave. and Tunnel Road.
