The host responded quickly, and quickly arranged to fix problems. The apartment was initially hard to find in the dark. Better instructions would be helpful, like giving the apartment numbers you can see from the street and then explaining it's on the top floor. Also, instructions on where you can park. When we got there, the heat and thermostat were not working, and a bathroom window was stuck open. So our first night was cold. Somebody did come the next morning to fix both of those problems. On the master bedroom there is a frosted window that is not covered, do light from the streets comes in at night and it gets very bright when the sun comes up. You cannot open the dishwasher unless you first open the oven door, which is a weird design flaw. Some of the cupboard doors are falling off. And be aware that you need to climb a long flight of stairs to get to this unit. Aside from those things, the unit was comfortable enough after we got it warm.
