This is definitely an older, well-used property, but the stay was outstanding, which speaks volumes for the efforts of the staff. They go above and beyond in both work and friendliness.Absolutely clean and comfortable. I insist on indoor pools and this was the best swim ever. Location was the cherry on top!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marina at Berkeley in the Hilton. What an amazing treat it was to vacation at such a resort! Sunset views and great cuisine was enjoyed as well as your great staff! I hope that others will share my experience!

We were disappointed with our stay. It took the front desk over an hour to find our reservation because Expedia had apparently booked it through Vrbo. Instead of resolving the issue themselves, I had to contact Expedia and provide the reservation details. To make matters worse, the power went out around 9:00 p.m., and there was no communication from the staff about what was happening. The electricity eventually came back on, but we had no idea what went wrong and if that was going to ahppen again or not. We had also requested a water-view room, and despite the long check-in delay, no effort was made to accommodate us or offer any goodwill gesture. When we raised our concerns, we were told, with an attitude, โ€œThatโ€™s what happens when you book through a third party.โ€ I found that response unprofessional and dismissive.

My vacation stay was quite enjoyable. I enjoyed the view, the peace and tranquillity, and the surroundings. It was quite a great deal in that pricing was good. The dining facilities were great too. Overall, I recommend The Hilton Double Tree at the Marina highly to all who are interested.
